Performed by Jamie Bechtold—one of the original sound bath practitioners in LA—this session reflects over 20 years of experience in the art of sound. Jamie has led thousands of public sound baths since 2004 and opened The Soundbath Center in 2015, the first venue in LA dedicated solely to sound baths and practitioner training.

This is more than a recording—it’s a portal for tuning in, letting go, and going beyond.

HOW TO LISTEN

*Listen with headphones

*Lie down or sit comfortably and close your eyes

*Listen and stay present with yourself and the sounds

*After the sound ends, give yourself a few minutes in silence before getting up
