Performed by Jamie Bechtold, one of the first sound bath practitioners in Los Angeles. Jamie has been offering sound baths since 2004 and founded The Soundbath Center in 2015, the first venue in LA dedicated solely to sound bath events and trainings.

HOW TO LISTEN

*Lay down or sit comfortably and close your eyes.

*Listen and stay present with yourself and the sounds.

*After the sound ends, give yourself a few minutes in silence before getting up.
